About this coffee
Sweet, tropical and easy to come back to. Los Nogales is a natural-process coffee from JASAL in El Salvador’s Apaneca-Ilamatepec volcanic range. Ripe cherries are taken to Beneficio Las Cruces, where this lot is dried on tiled patios for around 20–25 days.
In the cup we get cacao nibs, candy pineapple and strawberry. A juicy espresso with plenty of sweetness and a clean, fruit led finish.
