About this coffee
Okay it seems that you all were very excited by the first of the Testi coffees, so let’s see if we can keep that energy going for the next one! Up next is a washed peaberry lot from the Karamo village. Made up entirely of 74158, and separated during harvest by experienced pickers sorting out likely peaberries, then an additional hand sorting post-harvest and again post-processing. Fully washed, then shade-dried. This is just the best version of a washed Ethiopia- incredibly expressive florals, intense and long lingering peachy goodness. Honestly, does life get better than this? I’m okay if it doesn’t.
