Our Italian Stallion is a true Italian blend. This coffee is a mix of Arabica and Robusta, the use of these two different botanical species is one of the things that makes Italian coffee famous. It was the Venetians who, as the first, brought coffee to Europe.

Our Italian Stallion exhibits those unmistakable Italian notes of sweet chocolate, full-bodied and a small, pleasant bitterness. In the aftertaste, you can taste the dark chocolate.

The coffee is a blend of 80% Arabica / 20% Robusta. The mix consists of beans from Uganda, Brazil, and Thailand. Our Italian blend brings you back again to that bar somewhere in Italy.
