About this coffee
This coffee from farmer Ely Humberto Nunes comes from the northwest region of the Minas Gerais state in Brazil. It grows on the Serra Negra plantation, from the Catuaí Vermelho variety, at an elevation of 1,000 meters. The berries are dried in their own fruit flesh (natural process). This develops the natural sweetness of the coffee, with notes of milk chocolate and earthy flavors of almond.
