About this coffee
This coffee from farmer Ely Humberto Nunes comes from the northwest region of the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil. It grows on the Serra Negra plantation, a variety of Catuaí Vermelho, at an altitude of 1000 meters. The berries are dried in their own fruit flesh (natural process). This allows the natural sweetness of this coffee to develop, with notes of milk chocolate and earthy flavors of almond.
