Grown at 1,900 metres beneath native shade trees, this lot showcases Chiroso, a rare Ethiopian landrace known for its floral complexity and sweetness. Carefully processed through controlled whole-cherry fermentation at Lomaverde, Cañafistol offers a vibrant, balanced cup with juicy grapefruit, subtle kefir tanginess, and delicate almond sweetness, finished with a silky-smooth mouthfeel.
