Pope Francis was apparently an Altieri guy. They’re super proud of it and have a framed photo that Siebe saw, and is also their pinned image on instagram. Siebe took the double-rainbow that appeared over the farm while they cupped as a sign. Tasting this coffee, I’ve got to agree with him. Apparently they make very delicious ice cream.
Anyways, it’s a really good coffee. Panama Gesha has its reputation for good reason. This is one of our standout favorites from this harvest.
