In the world of specialty coffee Panama Gesha stands alone atop the mountain, reigning supreme over all other coffees, looking down on them. It’s hard to distill what sets them apart, beyond reputation and legend. Auromar is up there with the best of the best, and we’re thrilled that this year we’ve managed to get all of their washed gesha to ourselves.
In Auromar’s own words: “Consumers around the world consider Panama Geisha as the champagne of coffee and we consider our terroir to be the Burgundy of coffee.” Reminds me of the great Reggie Watts quote: “It’s not so much as so little as to do with what everything is.”
