Over deze koffie
Anytime we have a coffee any of us describe as “funky” it immediately brings to mind groovy basslines and syncopated drums, wailing keyboards and spirited vocals. Felt as much as heard, music that comes to and speaks to the soul. Music that’s a celebration. And that’s the way I feel about these coffees too. I’m not sure which way the association formed, or if they’re both just magnificent and evocative endeavors that unseal the same jubilation. To prove my point, start off your next weekend by brewing up this coffee while listening through the album “Butt Of Course” by The Jimmy Castor Bunch and tell me it doesn’t put you in an incredible mood.
