About this coffee
For our latest coffee, the purchasing process went slightly differently than usual. Last October, our head roaster Skip participated in a regional coffee competition in Nariño. After intensive cuppings to rank the coffees, all producers and the governor of Nariño gathered for an auction live. Each coffee went to the highest bidder and Skip managed to secure this lot from Finca Guayac
It is a super soft and clean coffee with a classic yet complex taste profile, which is known for Nariño.
