About this coffee
We sent Siebe to Panama with one objective: bring back some stellar geshas. Well, here we are with a Pacamara.
Jokes aside- when he came back, one of the standout parts of his experience was all of the remarkable non-gesha varietals he tried at some of these legendary and burgeoning estates. There are a few projects we’re hopeful to share with you next year, but the first of these that was just such an interesting coffee we had to get our hands on was this pacamara from Ponderosa Estate. A 36 hour anaerobic natural, sun dried for 20 days- absolutely bursting with funky red fruits and refreshing fruity tea and a weird herbal habanero edge, you’ve just gotta try it.
