Kotowa is consistently producing some of our favorite Geshas. This lot is from their Las Brujas farm, meaning The Witches. Which, of course, as we transition to Autumn just makes me want to watch witchy movies. Did anyone watch Hocus Pocus 2, and can you email me a review to take under consideration? Maybe I’ll watch it this weekend. Or if you have any serious witchy recommendations, Hocus Pocus 2 was like 30% a joke. Alright, back to coffee. The Koyners are in their third and fourth generation cultivating the slopes of Volcán Barú, one of the world's most unique microclimates. High altitude, cool temperatures all year (13-22), the Pacific rain from May-November, Atlantic rain from December to January, rich volcanic soil. Add to these conditions the generational knowledge and drive toward excellence, and the results speak for themselves. Like Hocus Pocus 2 I’m sure.
